It is available in various orientations (100),(110),(111), P-type or N-type dopant, and no defects. For higher performance, an Si3Nx coating can be applied, and a PECVD SIO2 film can be applied for insulation. The IC Silicon Wafers are widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, as well as in the medical, aerospace and electronics industries.
